2 Bedroom Club Concept Apartments

A complex with a club concept, a closed territory, and its own infrastructure. There are a total of 79 apartments in the complex, including studios, 1+1, and 2+1.

80% of the apartments on the 4th floor have a guaranteed sea view. All apartments include a central air conditioning system, heated floors in all bathrooms, and smart door locks controlled by phone in the price.

The infrastructure includes an outdoor swimming pool on the territory, an infinity pool on the roof with a sea view. Inside the building, there is a SPA zone, an indoor heated pool, a hammam, and a gym. The complex will have a 24-hour reception.

There will be a rental management system with a certain percentage for cleaning and maintenance. Apartments will be listed on all platforms such as Booking and AirBnB. The “smart home” system will be installed on the doors, and if the client wants to rent it out themselves, they can control the door through the application.

Payment plan: 35% in 1 month as first payment, 65% in 36 months in instalments or 50% in 1 month as first payment with resale possibility, 50% in 24 months in instalments with 5% discount.
