Maintaining a stable level of prices for the purchase of real estate in Northern Cyprus

Among other things, along with the availability of affordable housing for purchase, the region has recorded steady economic and cultural growth, which may well be considered an additional reason why rent prices will continue to rise steadily.

Thus, we now have the idea that for objective reasons Northern Cyprus is considered one of the most reliable and profitable destinations, both for investment and for permanent or temporary residence.
